MANGGARAI BARAT (February 21, 2022) - Commission VIII DPR RI led by Deputy Chairperson of Commission VIII DPR RI, TB. Ace Hasan Syadzily, together with the Director General of Social Protection and Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs, Pepen Nazaruddin, Echelon I Officials from National Board for Disaster Management, Ministry of Religion, and Ministry of PPPA carried out a recess work visit to Manggarai Barat Regency, Nusa Tenggara Timur, Monday (21/2). The visit was warmly welcomed by the Deputy Regent of Manggarai Barat, Edistasius Endi.

The meeting then discussed improving the management of religious education, disasters, social assistance, and empowering women, as well as child protection involving the Head of Regional Board for Disaster Management, Head of Regional Office (Kanwil) of the Ministry of Religion, Head of Social Service of Manggarai Barat Regency, and Head of Population Control, Family Planning Office, as well as Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in Manggarai Barat Regency.
