SUKABUMI (August 25, 2020) - In the context of acceleration the handling of social welfare, the Center for Social Counseling (Puspensos) held a Synergy of Inter-Ministry/Institution Cooperation activities on August 24-26 2020.

A total of 30 participants came from various cross-sectors, both within the Ministry of Social Affairs and other Ministries/Institutions such as the National Development Planning Agency, Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture and the Ministry of Research and Technology/National Research and Innovation Agency (Kemenristek/BRIN).

In this activity, Puspensos continues to strengthen its policy on socially resilient villages through transformative social counseling as a brand value of multimedia digitalization-based social counseling.

The Head of the Agency for Education, Research and Social Counseling (BP3S), Syahabuddin conveyed in his direction that this synergy was needed in an effort to optimize the realization of the goal of Social Resilience Village.

"We must continue to synergize in programs that can help improve the role and function of our Community Social Instructors in the field," said Syahabuddin at the Inter-Ministry/Institutional Cooperation Synergy activity in Sukabumi, Tuesday 25/8/2020.

The man who was born in Bone, South Sulawesi, also added that this synergy is an effort to form and strengthen local institutions in the community so that they are able to manage existing potential/resources and increase the capacity of community human resources as well as build and expand social networks.

"The Ministry of Social Affairs cannot grow without partners, we need the support of the pillars as well as collaboration with Ministries / Institutions such as the Ministry of Research and Technology / BRIN and others," concluded the Head of BP3S.

At the same time, the Head of Puspensos Hasim also said that this activity was carried out to obtain ideas and aspirations.

This activity presented speakers from echelon II within the Education, Research and Social Counseling (BP3S), Ministry of Social Affairs, also presented the Director of Poverty Reduction and Social Welfare of the Ministry of National Development Planning, Deputy for Poverty Reduction and Social Protection Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture, Deputy for Innovation Strengthening of the Ministry of Research and Technology /BRIN and the Director of Budget for Human Development and Culture of the Ministry of Finance.
