Director General of Social Rehabilitation in Dialogue with IPWL Intan Banua
BANJARBARU (December 20th 2019) - In the midst of a busy series of HKSN activities, the Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Edi Suharto, accompanied by the Director of RSKP NAPZA, Nursoleh, took the time to visit the Mandatory Report Recipient Institution (IPWL) Intan Banua.
The Director General of Social Rehabilitation reviewed the completeness of existing facilities and infrastructure, such as male and female dormitory rooms, kitchens, and halls.
In a dialogue session with IPWL administrators, officials and staff of the Directorate of Social Rehabilitation of Drug Abuse Victims, the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation emphasized the need for openness from all parties to resolve all existing problems.
Edi will immediately communicate with the Regional Secretariat of South Kalimantan Province to hasten the process of IPWL Intan Banua land grant from the South Kalimantan Provincial Government to the Ministry of Social Affairs.
Edi also held a dialogue with IPWL beneficiaries and advised the beneficiaries to continue their education as a future provision, to maintain their health and finally not to use drugs anymore.
