MAJENE (January 14, 2022) - In addition to the evacuation of residents, the children of elementary school (SD) 28 Aholeang still have to study under the makeshift school tent. A 4x6 meter tent has to be shared for 50 students in grades I to VI. Narrow, hot, even wet condition when it rains has become part of their daily life.

The evacuation is still happening today because the second phase of Permanent Residential (Huntap) for residents of the two hamlets in Malunda District, by the competent authority, is still in the process of being developed.
