MAJENE (July 23, 2022) - The Ministry of Social Affairs held a commemoration of National Children's Day (HAN) 2022, one of which was at the evacuation site for earthquake victims in Mekkatta Village, Malunda District, Majene Regency, Saturday (23/7).

With the theme "Protected Children, Advanced Indonesia", the implementation of HAN at evacuation sites for residents affected by the earthquake aims to facilitate displaced residents to communicate with Indonesian President Joko Widodo virtually via zoom meeting.

In addition, in the HAN series in Majene Regency, the Ministry of Social Affairs provided assistance for the construction of permanent schools, while at the same time inviting local children to plant mangroves, trauma healing programs, mass circumcision, health checks and programs for printing children's population data.
