BANDUNG (November 16, 2021) - Head of the Organization, Law and Public Relation (OHH) Division, Amusdjaja Deswarta, representing the Secretary of the Directorate General of Social Protection and Security, Robben Rico, led the activities of the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Business Process Review for Social Security Sector which lasted for 4 days (16-19 November 2021) in Bandung , West Java.

The first session on the first day (16/11), which was the presentation of the Sub-Coordinator/Youth Policy Analyst from the KemenPANRB, Luqman Rahmadi, with the topic of SOP Review and Business Processes. The next session was the presentation of the Sub-Coordinator/Youth Policy Analyst from the KemenPANRB, Hamzah Fansuri, with the topic of Electronic-Based Government Systems (SPBE).
