Minister of Social Affairs Concludes Work Visit in Tasikmalaya City with Minister of National Development Planning
TASIKLMALAYA (June 19, 2020) - The last point of the visit of the Minister of Social Affairs, Juliari P. Batubara ended in Tasikmalaya City. Located at the Indihiang Post Office, Indihiang District, Tasikmalaya City, the Minister of Social Affairs along with the Minister of National Development Planning (PPN), Suharso Monoarfa reviewed the distribution of Phase 3 Cash Social Assistance (BST).
At the Indihiang Post Office, the Minister of Social Affairs together with the Minister of PPN handed over BST to 3 Family Beneficiaries (KPM) representatives from 300 KPM who were scheduled to disburse on that day. After reviewing the KUBE products displayed in a room next to the Indihiang Post Office operational room, the two ministers witnessed firsthand the disbursement of BST by KPM.
In front of the media crew who were present, the Minister of Social Affairs said that the BST of Rp600,000 had reached the final stage of distribution. Furthermore, the assistance will be distributed with an index of Rp300,000 per KPM per stage. "This is the third stage of the first wave of distribution of Rp600,000. Furthermore, the assistance will be distributed until December with a value of Rp. 300,000," explained the Minister of Social Affairs.
For beneficiaries who are considered not to meet the requirements for BST recipients, the Minister of Social Affairs reminds that the authority to improve the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) is to the district/city government which is submitted to the center through the district/city social service.
