SANGGAU REGENCY (November 3, 2021) - Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini and the Deputy Governor of West Kalimantan, Ria Norsan, along the estuary of the Sekadau River which meets the Kapuas River, Wednesday (3/11). The meeting of the two rivers is the main cause of the water overflowing and submerging the settlements of local residents.

During her visit, the Minister of Social Affairs also distributed various aids to affected residents and handed over compensation worth IDR 15 million to one heir of the victim who died due to flooding in Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan.
