Minister of Social Affairs Work Visits to Social Welfare Institutions in Ponorogo
PONOROGO (14 June 2021) - The Minister of Social
Affairs Tri Rismaharini made a working visit to Ponorogo Regency.
Located in Pringgitan,
the Regent's official residence, Jalan Aloon-aloon Utara Ponorogo, the Minister
of Social Affairs provided technical guidance to the District Social Welfare Workers
(TKSK) accompanied by the Regent of Ponorogo Sugiri Sancoko and members of
Commission VII DPR RI Ina Ammania who also carried out a working visit in
Ponorogo.
In addition to providing
guidance to TKSK, the Minister of Social Affairs also handed over ATENSI
assistance from the Indonesian Braille Literacy Center (BLBI) Abiyoso Cimahi in
the form of 1 unit of a Portable Braille Printer for the Integrated Child
Social Welfare Institution (LKSA) for the Blind, Aisyiyah Ponorogo, was
immediately tested by one of the beneficiaries and can read fluently the
writing of the Braille Printer.
The Head of the Center
for Professional Development for Social Workers and Social Counselor Tati
Nugrahati was also present at the activity and accompanied the Minister of
Social Affairs to visit LKSA Aisyiyah which received an "A"
accreditation from the results of an accreditation visitation of the
Accreditation Board for Social Welfare Institutions (BALKS) team.
