Ministry of Social Affairs Holds a Media Exhibition from the Capacity Building Module for Children
TANGERANG (November 29, 2019) - Director General of Social Rehabilitation, Edi Suharto gave instructions on the activities of the Media exhibition of the Capacity Building Module for Children (PKA) in the Hall of Faculty of Economics and Business University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta..
"We have to do a lot of innovations, including in making these modules. This module is one of the programs related to child protection, namely PROGRESA," said Edi. In the previous era, the name of the program was often good, but the activities did not do much to touch behavioral change, even though the core / key word of social rehabilitation was behavior change.
"So what is being done is one of the module sectors of the Child Development Session, to strengthen the capacity of children, strengthen children's resilience / strengthen children's resilience against predator / child abuser attacks that are currently rife. So children need to be equipped with knowledge about children's rights. This module goes in that direction," concluded Edi.
