JAKARTA (16 June 2021) - Social Minister Tri Rismaharini, instructed her staff to solve the double data on social assistance data, including the conditional social assistance program for the Family Hope Program (PKH), so that there are no overlapping data on recipients of social assistance. The double data happens because of the existing of multiple names of social assistance recipients with the same Identity Number (NIK). To overcome this, the double names needs to be eliminated so that only one name remains.

The Directorate of Family Social Security who is in charge of the implementation of PKH, works with PKH facilitators in all regions in Indonesia to immediately update the data on the e-PKH application. PKH facilitators in DKI Jakarta Province, for example Central Jakarta City at the Central Jakarta PKH Secretariat Office, was observed during improving data by updating the beneficiary data of each PKH Facilitator through the e-PKH application.

In short, one PKH Facilitator is responsible for improving the data for each assisted beneficiary in their working area in the e-PKH application. With the improvement and updating of the data, it is hoped that problems related to social assistance data, especially PKH social assistance recipient data, will not occur again.
