"Prof. Dr. Soeharso" BBRSPDF and Korean Disability Development Institute (KODDI) Monitor PD Skilled
TABANAN (December 12th 2019) - Located in Tabanan Bali Regency on December 9th to 11th 2019 the Center for Social Rehabilitation of Persons with Physical Disabilities (BBRSPDF) "Prof. Dr. Soeharso " Surakarta and Korean Disability Development Institute (KODDI) are monitoring to the homes of physical disabilities who get the rehabilitation of inclusive skills.
In the training, 25 people with physical disabilities have gained skills training with the family. A total of six participants who visited his house had applied the skills gained by opening independent businesses in their respective homes.
The monitoring activity concludes with the closing meeting of December 12th 2019 at Swiss-Bellresort Watu Jimbaran, Bali. In the meeting, Geraldo Apat represented the head of BBRSPDF "Prof. Dr. Soeharso" Surakarta thanked the cooperation program that was intertwined with KODDI for 3 years.
Ms. Choi Kyung Suk As president of KODDI said the evaluation of activities is important, but more importantly, that what has been done benefits the physically challenged.
"After monitoring and evaluation, I feel that this project has been doing very well and benefits the physically challenged, especially in Bantul and Tabanan districts", said Choi Kyung Suk.
At the end of his speech, Ms. Choi also cited the words of Pearls, "The end is the begining of something new which means that this closing meeting is not the end of cooperation but is the beginning of the new cooperation."
