LEBAK (October 12, 2022) - The Acting Director General of Social Protection and Security, Robben Rico, directly inspected the locations affected by the flash flood disaster and the readiness of field public kitchens in Cibeber District, Lebak Regency, Banten Province, Wednesday (12/10).

A total of 143 houses in Cibeber District were affected by flash floods due to the overflow of the Carucup River that occurred on Sunday evening (9/10). In addition, in anticipation of subsequent flooding, the Ministry of Social Affairs has also set up evacuee tents so that when there is another flood, the evacuee camps are ready to be occupied.

The Ministry of Social Affairs also provides logistical assistance in the form of 1,000 ready-to-eat food packages, 800 children's food packages, 200 kids ware packages, 200 family kit packages, 400 mattresses, 400 blankets, 500 adult clothing packages, up to 10 units of multipurpose family tents.
