Reviewing the Progress of DTKS Validation in Subang Regency, the Director General of Poverty Handling Expects the 6 Principles to be Achieved

SUBANG (February 25, 2021) - Director-General of Poverty
Handling, Asep Sasa Purnama hopes that the Staple Food Program / BPNT can run
on the 6 principles. "The hope is that the implementation of the basic
food program can run on the 6 principles, right on target, on quantity, on
time, on price, on quality and administration", said the Director
General during a working visit to Subang Regency (25/02).
The working visit of the Director-General of Poverty Handling to Subang
Regency was carried out to review the progress of the Social Welfare
Integrated Data (DTKS) validation at the Subang District Office of Social Services.
DTKS is a reference for the provision of the Basic Food Program / BPNT and Cash
Social Assistance (BST) for Beneficiary Families.
In his review, it is known that efforts to improve data in Subang Regency
have reached 70%. This was done to improve DTKS to make it more
valid. "Efforts to repair DTKS have reached more than 70%, therefore
verification and validation of data needs to be carried out routinely by the
Village through Village-level Discussion" said the Director-General of Poverty
Handling. The review was continued with a meeting with Acting. Regional
Secretary of Subang Regency, H. Asep Nuroni at the Regional Secretariat Office
of Subang Regency.
Asep Nuroni stated that during the Covid-19 pandemic, the distribution
of the Basic Food and BST Programs was carried out with strict Health Protocols
by maintaining distance, using masks, and washing hands. "The
implementation of health protocols is carried out to keep people healthy and
avoid the Covid-19 Pandemic," he said. Besides Asep, the Secretary of the
Subang Regency Social Service, Hadith Sukendar, and the Regional Coordinator of
the Subang Staple Food Program, Dwi also attended the meeting.
