BOGOR (27 October 2020) - Implementation of Phase II Social Protection and Security Draft Legal Documents concerning Preparation of Simplification of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs Regulation (Permensos) Draft on Social Protection for Disaster Victims, on the second day (27/10), presenting Academics from the Faculty of Law UI, Fitriani Ahlan Sjarif, as a guest speaker.

Responding to the simplification of the 13 Permensos of Directorate General of Social Protection and Security to 3 Permensos, his party suggested that the simplification should be started by determining what objectives and substances to change, then still pay attention to the corridors of authority, sources and common threads. "Don't just be based on a large number to a little," said Fitriani.
