Technical Coordination and Improvement of PKH Human Resources throughout the Surakarta Residency
SURAKARTA (25 September 2020) - Family Hope Program (PKH) HR, Facilitators in particular, have the task of providing assistance to the beneficiaries of the PKH social assistance they each assist. Not only ensuring PKH social assistance gets to the Family Beneficiaries (KPM) appropriately, but there are empowerment efforts that are also carried out by these assistants.
Like the lyrics in the PKH march, "To help people and to help themselves", which means helping by empowering KPM through their abilities and potential.
The Director General of Social Protection and Security, Pepen Nazaruddin, emphasized this point to PKH assistants, including today (25/9), in the presence of PKH HR of the Surakarta residency in PKH Technical Coordination and HR Improvement Activities in Solo.
