LUWU UTARA (21 September 2020) - After prospective members of the Disaster Alert Village (KSB) in four districts, starting from Baebunta, Masamba, South Baebunta, to Sukamaju, Luwu Utara Regency were given intense training for two days (19 to 20 September), then at the Kamiri field, Masamba, Luwu Utara, the Ministry of Social Affairs confirmed the four as Disaster Preparedness Areas (KwSB), Monday (21/9).

With the inauguration of several areas in Luwu Utara as KwSB, the Director of Social Protection for Natural Disaster Victims (PSKBA), M. Safii Nasution, advised the community in Luwu Utara Regency to maintain a mutual cooperation attitude so that they are ready to face possible disasters.

Safii, who was present with a member of Commission VIII of Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI), Muhammad Fauzi, was welcomed by the Regent of Luwu Utara, Indah Putri Indriani. He greeted all participants or members of the KSB from the four sub-districts who were present, as well as closed a series of disaster mitigation or prevention events in Luwu Utara Regency.
