The Process of Installing Electrical Installations to Meet the Lighting Needs of Survivors in Malunda
MAJENE (January 18, 2022) - Meanwhile, other supporting facilities, such as electricity and lamps for lighting, have also been pursued by the Ministry of Social Affairs. Previously, the evacuees in Malunda Sub-district experienced limited lighting. Residents, meanwhile, use a single source of electricity that is connected from house to house, so that not all displaced residents can use electricity at the same time.
Related to this, the Ministry of Social Affairs has sought the local State Electricity Company (PLN) to supply electricity needs, including the addition of KWH metered power for the short term. Meanwhile, for the long term, PLN will build network expansion infrastructure. Now, the red and white tents have been equipped with electricity and lights, so that they can illuminate the residents' night activities.
