Through e-Performance, the Director General of Poverty Handling Expects the Increasing of Employee Performance Appreciation
JAKARTA (7 April 2021) - Director General of Poverty Handling,
Asep Sasa Purnama attended the Food Social Assistance Technical Meeting
(Implementation of e-Performance at the Directorate General of Poverty Handling)
which was held at a hotel in Jakarta.
On this occasion, the Director General gave directions as
well as opened the activity accompanied by the Secretary of the Directorate
General, Nurul Farijati.
The Director General said that this activity was an
effort to prepare a draft of the relevant remuneration assessment reference.
"This activity is our effort to prepare a draft to become a reference for
assessing our remuneration that is relevant to our performance," he said.
Asep Sasa also hopes that this remuneration can create
goals that are expected to be achieved. "Hopefully this effort for good
remuneration can run smoothly and employees can get better appreciation," he
explained.
On the same occasion the Secretary of the Inspectorate
General, Arif Nahari said that to be able to build the new system still needed
time to run perfectly. "If we build a new system, I think we need time to
shape the scheme to make it perfect," he explained.
