BANDUNG (19 March 2023) - The Ministry of Social Affairs (MoSA) together with the State Civil Servants Agency (BKN) conducted a selection test for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) at the Regional Office III BKN Bandung. The MoSA Secretary General, Harry Hikmat, was present at the exam location to motivate the participants, as directed by the Minister of Social Affairs, Tri Rismaharini.

"I emphasize that individuals who have been chosen must be able to take advantage of this good opportunity. Because many of our brothers and sisters throughout Indonesia aspire to become State Civil Apparatus. Those of you who are selected and will take the test must focus and concentrate, giving your all," said Harry.

MoSA opened ten technical functional position formations for PPPK formations in 2022, including First-Level HR Apparatus Assessor, Instructor, Cultural Officer, Social Worker, Goods/Services Procurement Manager, Legal Counselor, Social Counselor, Public Relations Officer, Computer Officer, Lecturer Expert Assistant.

Of all position formations, 286 participants passed the administrative selection, with 71 of them taking the PPPK selection test at the BKN Bandung.

A total of 71 participants will take an exam that includes technical competency selection, managerial competency selection, sociocultural competency selection, and interview selection.

If the participant's exam score matches the passing grade and position formation quota, they will proceed to the stage of filing and determining their Employee ID Number at BKN.

Harry appreciated BKN and MoSA’s collaboration in hosting the PPPK selection exam at BKN Bandung.

"Thank you for this good cooperation. The CAT system that was constructed represents a significant advancement that has undergone several adjustments. This system is also objective and measurable, ensuring the correctness and transparency of exam results," Harry said.

On the same occasion, Anna Azzahra Apriani, one of the participants who applied for the position of First-Level Social Worker, revealed that today's selection system is improving.

"The process is simple; beginning with administrative registration, everything is done online. Announcements can also be tracked through the MoSA website and social media," explained Anna, who has been a social companion since 2018.

Anna hopes that in the future, the quota for social worker formation can be increased to create more chances for social workers.

Also, present on this occasion were the Senior Minister to the Minister for HR Development and Ministry Programs Suhadi Lili, the Director of STKS Marjuki, the Head of the MoSA Organization and Human Resources Bureau Suratna, and the Head of Regional Office III BKN Bandung Heri Susilowati.
