JAKARTA (September 12, 2022) - Basic training for civil servants using the Blended Learning method, organized by the Ministry of Social Affairs in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology and has 4 stages, namely the MOOC stage on 13 to 24 June 2022, the E-learning stage on 1 -30 July 2022, the Workplace Actualization stage on 1 August -10 September 2022 and the Classical stage on 11-20 September 2022. Then after the training, participants conducted independent learning MOOC (Massive Open Online Course), e-learning, and the on-site Actualization stage work which was the application of responsibility and integrity in the work process, then participants of CPNS (Civil Servant Candidates) group III of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology consisting of 119 participants of the Lecturers from UNNES, UNJ, PNJ, and UNSOED would attend offline or classical training on the Education and Training Center campus of MoSA.

 

The curriculum for the implementation of the training at the offline stage was divided into two parts, namely the civil servant character-building curriculum and the curriculum for strengthening technical competence in the field of work. The purpose of organizing the training at the offline stage was to internalize and implement the core values ​​of Civil Servants with CHARACTERISTICS, namely Service Oriented, Accountable, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, Collaborative, to support the employer branding "Proud to Serve the Nation".

 

It was reaffirmed that all CPNS who occupy functional or executor positions are required to participate in this training as a means for the realization of moral integrity development, building the honesty, enthusiasm, and motivation, nationalism, superior and responsible character, and strengthening professionalism in field competencies by the position occupied. By following the final stage of the training, which was the offline stage, participants would gain knowledge and relationships from various units within the Ministry of Education.

 

During offline training, participants will also be monitored from various aspects of assessment and evaluation which would determine the graduation of the trainees and were bound by manners, rules, rights, and obligations that must be obeyed by participants while on campus.

 

After going through the final stage of organizing this training, it was hoped that participants would become civil servants who were professional and characterized by civil servants' basic core values ​​in carrying out their duties and positions as implementers of public policies, public servants, and unifiers of the nation.
