WEST LOMBOK (12 July 2023) - Minister of Social Affairs Tri Rismaharini give special attention to the optimization of social services in the centers. The Head Office in Jakarta is committed to provide support to ensure technical service units (UPT) work to serve the community.
Following up on the direction of the Minister of Social Affairs, Acting Secretary General of the Ministry of Social Affairs Robben Rico visited the Paramita Mataram Center, Tuesday (11/7). This working visit, Robben provided reinforcement to HR at Sentra Paramita Mataram, whose number of HR is still limited, in line with the mandate of the Minister of Social Affairs.
Robben asked the center to immediately submit HR needs such as social workers, social counsellor, doctors, nurses, chefs, caregivers and others.
"Later, there will be 4 shifts. At least 1 shift consist of 2 doctors on standby, 4 nurses and other supporting human resources," said Robben.
This directive was conveyed by Robben because based on information, the coverage area of Sentra Paramita Mataram is quite extensive. Sentra Paramita Mataram covers Mataram City, West Lombok, Central Lombok, East Lombok, West Sumbawa, Sumbawa, Dompu, Bima City and Bima.
Not only that, the concept of multifunctional, multi-service integrated centers requires a large number of professional human resources to provide optimal services.
Integrated centers now serve not only one social rehabilitation cluster, but many clusters such as children, people with disabilities, the elderly and other vulnerable groups.
Head of Sentra Paramita Mataram, Latifah Ningrum said that currently, the center has 61 human resources consisting of 30 civil servants and 31 Non-Civil Servant Government Employees (PPNPN).
Meanwhile, there are 85 residential beneficiaries served at the center, consist of 41 men, 37 women and 7 babies.
These human resources must also respond to beneficiaries in the family and community every day. Therefore, it is important to increase human resources so that services can be provided quickly and according to the needs of the beneficiaries.
Robben also said that he is fighting for an allowance for employees who work in certain areas. It is in order to make the employees are more enthusiastic in working even though they are placed in several corners of the country.
In addition, Robben directed the center to optimize official housing facilities for friends who are still renting houses. This effort is to help employees save on transportation expenses and house rental costs.
Robben hopes that with these various efforts employees will be more enthusiastic and focused on working. "My friends now I ask to focus on working well and we provide the best service for beneficiaries. We can prove if we work well," he said.
