BEKASI (25 November 2019) - Director General of Social Rehabilitation of the Indonesian Ministry of Social Affairs, Edi Suharto again met face to face with the Social Worker Service Units (Sakti Peksos). In the framework of Guidance for the Strengthening of Social Worker Service Units, Edi Suharto emphasized the role of Sakti Peksos as the spearhead of the implementation of children's social rehabilitation programs and became the strongest fleet in social rehabilitation.

Sakti Peksos embodies loyalty and commitment to continue supporting the tasks of the Ministry of Social Affairs in the social rehabilitation of children. Edi Suharto said that Sakti Peksos would face future challenges in serving clients. This is related to the growing development of industry 4.0 where all work will be related to technology.

"If your competence cannot keep up with technological developments, then your job will be replaced by robots as a technological product," said Edi.

Furthermore, according to Edi, Sakti Peksos must be able to adapt to various changes. "Great people are those who are adaptable to change," concluded Edi Suharto. To deal with industry 4.0, Sakti Peksos needs to have a strategy so that it is not replaced by technology.

"Look for things that robots can't have. It's love. So love your work, give excellent service to clients, then your role will never be replaced," said Edi.
