JAMBI (22 November 2019) - The Social Rehabilitation Center for Children who need Special Protection (BRSAMPK) "Alyatama" in Jambi carried out Family Support activities at the Al-Munawaroh Mushola. This activity aims to provide support for 12 parents of the Social Welfare Service Recipients (PPKS) who receive social rehabilitation services in the center.

The resource person for family support activities is Imron Rosadi as the Head of the Center by providing material on "The importance of care in the family".

Head of the Social Rehabilitation Service Section Nurhasanah Seprianita also conveyed the Social Welfare Service Recipients Development Evaluation in the Center.

"It has been seen that our children have changed, especially for children who are still lacking in education, now they can read and write. As for the children who were traumatic, now their psychosocial condition is getting better. This is the result of the therapies provided by Social Workers and the Center Teams, "said Nurhasanah.

From the material provided by the speakers, it can be concluded that parents / families are the primary and first educators of children. Therefore, in addition to being good role models, parents also need to understand their children's friends and social environment and who their peers are.

"It is hoped that through this activity parents will be able to understand the mandate given to them to care for, love and love their children so that they get the best in their lives. Then parents are ready to accept their children's return after receiving rehabilitation services in the center," concluded Imron.
