Kapusdatin Hopes Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTKS) can Synergize with Other Programs

JAKARTA (January 23st, 2020) - Head of Social Welfare Data and Information Center (Kapusdatin Kessos), Said Mirza Pahlevi addressed the national social welfare data on the Socialization activities of the Poor Handling Program in 2020 Directorate of Poverty Handling of Region III in Ancol, North Jakarta.

In its direction Kapusdatin Kessos said the DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) based on the legal basis of Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs no. 5 of 2019 includes PPKS (Social Welfare Service  Recipients), Social Assistance Recipients, and PSKS (The Potential and Resources of Social Welfare)."This data is then expected to be synergized with other programs, such as children receiving educational assistance, can be seen data in DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) so that the officers in the field have no difficulty in verifying.The goal is to be able to sort its per capita income from lowest to highest, so that the data obtained can be more accurate.It is expected to be implemented in April 2020," Kapusdatin said in explaining DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data).

DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) is taken by 40% of the household population throughout Indonesia, then classified as desil 1 to 4 which has beenranged.So far, bps data has only shown poverty data, while DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) sets the data of the poor who deserve it. The data is also used for other complementary programs, such as The PKH (Family Hope Program), KIP (Indonesia Health Card), Energy Subsidy, and others.

Currently, there are still 45 districts/cities that are not active for data verification and validation.Furthermore, the Regency/City should focus on improving the NIK (Population Parent Number) until March 30, 2020 so that the data can be synchronized with NIK (Population Parent Number) data in Dukcapil and get better data quality.In addition, mapping needs to be done by the Head of Social Services who will manage DTKS (Integrated Social Welfare Data) , PBI (Dues Assistance Recipients), SLRT (Integrated Referral Service System), and BPNT (Non-Cash Food Assistance).Then the data is submitted to Pusdatin, so that Pusdatin can provide to the authorized officers.If the data manager is replaced, it must be reported in order for the app to be blocked and no longer granted data access.
