JAKARTA
(February 6, 2020) - Social Rehabilitation Center (BRS) Watunas "Mulya
Jaya" Jakarta has collaborated with PT. Jalan Hijau in the Transportation and Treatment of
Hazardous and Toxic Waste (B3).
Juena Sitepu as
the Head of BRS Watunas "Mulya Jaya" Jakarta received representatives
from PT. Jalan Hijau
for signing the MoU in his office.
This MoU aims to
transport and treat waste materials used for medical examinations which are
routinely carried out at the Polyclinic of BRS Watunas "Mulya Jaya"
Jakarta.
Processing of
this material waste must be carried out in accordance with the recommendation
of the Ministry of Environment based on Government Regulation Number 101 of
2014 Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste.
"I hope
this collaboration can continue every year to maintain cleanliness in this hall,
sir," said Juena.
Later
this B3 waste will be transported regularly for 3 months and will be processed
using the incinerator facility owned by PT. Jalan Hijau.
